Overall a great product if you’re not looking to drill holes in your cabinets for wiring. I installed these at my parents house. Very easy to install and the remote is very useful for turning them all on/off at the same time. Brightness is OK, but at the same time very good considering they are battery powered. Not NEARLY as bright as hardwired puck lights though. These are good for filling in the gap of darkness that overhead lighting doesn’t fill.
First set I ordered, one of the pucks didn’t respond to the remote, so they shipped me a whole new set of 3 for free. Now I have 5 pucks all controlled with one remote.
Battery life is OK if you’re not leaving then on for extended periods of time. I bought rechargeable batteries to help with the cost (and environment).
If you want something very bright and maintenance free, go with hardwired puck lights; this product is not for you.
