At Enuotek Online Store, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns.

Before process your return, please contact Customer Service to apply for returning.

After return request is authorized, we will send you mail about RMA returning code.

Do I need to send products all the way to China?

European customers can return their products to our European warehouses, American customers can return their products to our warehouses in United States and Canada. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.

    - European Union: Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

    - United States and rest of the world: Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 30 days warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.
