One lamp was faulty in the box so I asked for a replacement. They requested a photo of the faulty lamp!!?? How do you show that it is faulty? Whether I take a photo of it in or out of a fitting you're not going to know if it's faulty or not or switched on or not.

Produit satisfaisant en terme de luminosité, fonctionne avec mon variateur Legrand mosaic de 2000, dommage qu'elles fassent un peu trop de bruit sinon belle finition, à voir la longévité dans le temps

Da una luz blanca fría muy intensa. La uso para mi lámpara de escritorio y he de decir que funciona muy bien, alumbra muchísimo. El unico pero es que desprende algo más de calor que mi antigua bombilla de led, pero tampoco nada importante.
