Dan una luz potente pero no direccional y esto evita que se refleje en los objetos como puede ser la mesa o la encimera devolviendo dicho reflejo a los ojos provocándoles fatiga visual.El tipo de luz 5000k la hace ideal para estancias como la cocina en la que es necesario tener una luz abundante y nítida para poder trabajar en ella con gusto y seguridad.También a destacar que los transformadores integrados en estos focos no producen ruido. Hago esta mención porque he cambiado los halógenos del pasillo aprovechando los transformadores por Leds de 12v y con la casa en silencio el ruido es muy molesto.La única duda que me queda es si existen recambios para las placas de leds o si en el caso que se fundan tengo que comprar el foco completo.Felicidades por su producto.

Great value and smart-looking, especially for the price.

Very neat units with integrated transformers. I bought them to replace some old style recessed lights that took a full size incandescent bulb, and they really lift my bathroom. They were really easy to fit too.These are an all plastic sealed construction, so the bulbs aren't changeable - you replace the entire unit if they ever fail. Since they are plastic, they don't need to be earthed.One thing I would say, though, is that they are really bright! Far brighter than I expected for an 8W LED but the brighter light actually works really well in the bathroom so I'm very happy.Also, the cool white is very bright and (dare I say it) harsh light. Again, it works pretty well in the bathroom, but walking into another room which has lights of a warmer colour temperature feels dull and yellow after these. I think if I were buying again I would go for the warm white instead. But I won't be sending these back as they seem to be working out pretty well in the bathroom. More by luck than judgement, though, I think.They do emit a faint hum, btw. No worse than a fluorescent tube though.
